You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant Pornographer a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, encode, transmit, cache, and display your content as needed to operate the service. You also confirm you have the rights necessary to grant that license.

Don't upload content that infringes copyright, depicts illegal acts, harasses or threatens others, or violates our community guidelines.

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. Don't impersonate other people. Don't use the service to send spam or malware.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it up and running but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
